Sumo wrestling is an excellent activity for a sports event and team building, where people want to have fun and at the same time experience something new. It's an excellent activity for outdoor or indoor team building, but also for corporate sports days or other corporate events.

Sumo wrestling is safe and includes:

One pair of quality sumo suits
Soft helmets for the head that look like a sumo wrestler's hair

A circular soft mattress that is at the same time the ring (diameter 3.5 m)
An assistant who helps the participants with the sumo suits and is the referee of the matches, which they coordinate the whole time

Activity process

The assistant explains the rules of the game to the participants, starts the matches and is the referee. The participants in pairs put on the sumo suits, and after the start they try to knock the opponent to the ground or push them out of the ring. Real sumo matches last only a few seconds, but the participants have the chance to go through several matches, on the basis of which the winner is determined.
