How far in advance do I need to book a corporate event?

The sooner, the better. Ideally, corporate events with 1-2 activities should be booked 3 weeks in advance, and comprehensive events 3 months or more in advance. We can also organize ad-hoc events from one day to the next, so if you're in such a situation, feel free to contact us, but there is a risk that selected activities or venues may not be available and instructors may not be free. If activities are booked in advance for a specific date, you can be sure we'll arrange them for you, which is also the purpose of any deposit for the event.

What information do you need to prepare a quote for our event?

Preparing a quote requires the following basic information:

• Type of event (sports team-building, party, marketing event, conference entertainment...)

• Goal of the event (fun, adrenaline, team cooperation, relaxation...)

• Date of the event (including an alternative date if possible)

• Number and composition of participants (average age, ratio of men to women)

• Location (or requirements for selecting one)

• Event budget (possibly broken down into accommodation, sports, catering)

• Program requirements (individual activities, themed event, competitions, anticipated activities)

• Requirements for comprehensive organization (should we handle the entire event or just part of it, e.g., the sports program)

How long does it take to prepare a quote for an event?

Upon first contact, we can send you a catalog and you can choose sports and entertainment activities based on your options and our recommendations, so preparing a quote doesn't take long. For more complex inquiries and large corporate events or demanding team-building programs, preparing a quote may take several days. Your inquiry is important to us, so we do our best to send you the quote as soon as possible and as well-prepared as possible.

Is a deposit required to reserve a corporate event?

Usually, we don't require a deposit, and payment for the event is made based on an invoice issued after its completion. However, we do require a 50% deposit in the following cases: for orders over €1,000 excluding VAT, if we have multiple inquiries for the same date, or when securing accommodation or arranging activities for which the venue (or supplier) requires a deposit from us. The deposit is subject to individual agreement, and by accepting it, we also guarantee the definitive implementation of the event on the given date.

Where do you hold sports corporate events?

In addition to our professional outdoor venue at the golf club in Bernolákovo, where we have a paintball field, 3D archery course, and certified range for bows and crossbows, we can provide our sports and entertainment activities practically anywhere. The only requirement is a suitable space, which is usually not a problem.

Can we arrange a site inspection before the event?

Yes. If you're interested, let us know and we'll be happy to arrange it.

Do you also provide comprehensive corporate event management?

Yes, we provide turnkey corporate events and events according to client requirements. We organize events ranging from simple events with one sports activity to multi-day sports team-building events and sports days with a large number of different activities. We arrange accommodation and training facilities, conferences and presentations, catering, cultural programs, hosts, hostesses, sound systems, lighting, room decorations, and many other requirements for a specific event.

What if the weather is bad on the day of the event?

We understand what it's like to organize an entire event that ends up being ruined by a change in weather. And we're prepared for that. We haven't managed to control the weather yet, but we can provide a "dry option" that we can include in the quote. These are activities and programs that can be carried out indoors or under a shelter. The choice of event location or venue with such options can be adapted accordingly. In case of bad weather, the event won't be cancelled; instead, some activities will be moved indoors. Many sports and entertainment attractions can also be done inside.

Are the activities you provide or arrange dangerous?

No, as long as safety rules are followed. Each activity and attraction has its own safety rules and procedures, which clients are informed about before starting. Our experienced instructors ensure these rules are followed. They take care of the fun and safety of all participants, and we require the same from our suppliers. In our years of operation, we haven't had any serious injuries at our events.

Can alcohol be served at events with bows, crossbows, or weapons?

Generally not. The fact is that alcohol is commonly present at corporate events. However, alcohol must not be consumed before shooting crossbows, compound bows, paintball and airsoft guns, real firearms at a shooting range, etc. Only participants who are not significantly under the influence of alcohol that would make them dangerous may shoot sports and historical bows. The instructor will individually assess whether a person is fit to shoot a bow. Therefore, we recommend minimizing alcohol consumption before shooting any weapons.

Who are your activities designed for? Are they suitable for children?

Our activities are primarily designed for group events, corporate games, and team-building, up to large corporate events with participants of all age groups. Yes, we have many activities suitable for children (archery, air rifles, gladiators, bungee running, and many more). We also work with partners specializing in children's attractions such as bouncy castles, slides, and similar. However, we also have activities that are unsuitable for children under 15 (paintball, crossbow shooting, compound bows, and others). If younger participants will be at your event, we'll discuss suitable activities with you.

What is the maximum number of people?

The number of people is not limited; we have experience organizing events for 8 to 500 people. For larger events, we cooperate with partner event companies so that everyone does what they do best, thus guaranteeing high-quality events.

How long do corporate events and sports programs last?

The duration of the program depends on the client's requirements. Events range from two hours to two-day weekend team-building events.

Do you also provide activities that are not listed on your website?

Of course. The website mainly features activities and attractions that we run ourselves and some interesting partner activities. However, we can arrange any other adrenaline, winter, summer, water, cultural, or competitive activities for you. We work with several event and production companies that are really good at what they do. We focus mainly on what we do best and do everything to meet any request and ensure you have a great event.

Do you also arrange accommodation separately without a sports program?

Yes, we can arrange separate accommodation and possibly rental of training rooms according to your selected requirements.

Are there instructors/entertainment assistants at your activities?

Yes, each of our activities has at least one instructor/assistant, unless otherwise agreed in advance, who oversees safety, rule compliance, necessary service, and possibly scores participants' performances. Each instructor has undergone training and only works with activities they know and have experience with. Competent instructors will be with you during sports activities; you can rely on them. For shooting disciplines, instructors are also range officers and manage the shooting.

Are there any restrictions for your sports events?

Usually not, but if your participants have specific needs (elderly people, small children, people in wheelchairs, people who need special attention), please discuss this with us when planning the event program. Some activities are physically demanding (compound bow, discus throw, bungee running), others require a specific location (zorbing, paintball), and some require walking in terrain for longer periods (3D archery).

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by bank transfer to our account, or exceptionally by cash payment on site on the day of the event, if agreed in advance.
