Do you want to learn self-defence that is simple, functional and quick to learn? The self-defence Systema Klobušický is among the most logical kinds of self-defence and contains simple elements such as how to quickly and effectively overpower an opponent who attacked you first. It combines several combat defence techniques usable in everyday life and situations. It includes elements of krav maga, wing tsun, aikido, jiu-jitsu, boxing, judo, Thai boxing and many others, and combines them into a relatively quickly learnable, comprehensive system usable in any situation.

Try this unique self-defence too, and you can be sure that you'll be able to manage in a situation where you have to defend yourself.

This simple principle will teach you defence where you can use a number of different attacks, holds and strikes that will help you save yourself, but also others, in crisis situations. To learn this technique you don't need a long time; it's all just a matter of a quick decision to defend yourself and act.

Just an incredible 25 minutes of basic movements and you'll realize how easy it is to defend yourself with such incredible ease. You'll be surprised and at the same time thrilled.

Activity process: After a short demonstration of self-defence and a simple briefing under the guidance of experienced instructors, you'll learn the simple secret of this self-defence.

The activity can be part of every outdoor and indoor team building and can be prepared almost anywhere in Slovakia.

The seminars take place in a very simple, fun form of teaching and are suitable for team building events, where the group has fun during the exercises and at the same time learns in a very simple form to defend themselves in crisis situations. At team building it's also possible to show only demonstrations of combat without teaching those present.
