Yes, exactly – the point is for you to tow/push a trailer with your combined strength. Do you think it's crazy? You're right, it is, but that's exactly the point. Where else should you try such crazy things if not at your team building?

Your task will be to push/pull the cart along a certain course; of course it won't be a straight track there and back. That would be too simple. You'll have to think out a tactic, because the condition will be that you all have to hold the cart the whole time. Will it be your boss who steers it at the front, or will you choose some colleague as the group leader? We'll leave that up to you. It's an unconventional activity that will test how you can cooperate in a team and at the same time you'll experience plenty of funny situations during it.

This activity is suitable only for outdoor team buildings.
