How we do it

The aim isto mintain body balance on a board plced on a special roll without havig to stick to the wall and touch the ground. Gradually you can extend the range of movements, try squatting, leaning out from the axis and so on. There are two balance trainers so you can easily make a competition. This activity serves well either as a fun addition to your event or as a competitive activity for individuals and teams.
